Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! To limit interaction, we will provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit. Electricity Is Included in the Rental Price (27 nights or less)
Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$500 electricity deposit). Electricity charges will be based on consumption and deducted from deposit. Refunds will be processed 48 hours after check out.
Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. Our cleaning cost is a fixed, one-time fee, regardless of the length of the booking.
We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

  We stayed here for a week and it was great. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The appliances are high end and the bed and pillows are also
  good quality and comfy. Our favourite place was the patio, it is shaded from the sun, and cool, and just a few feet from the pool. The kitchen needs 2 new frying pans and a couple of coffee mugs. We would definitely stay there again.

  Playa Turquesa is a clean, well maintained property with security. It has a private beach with chairs for lounging and two pools. Just a short walk through the complex to get to the beach. Everything is within a 5 minute walk, excellent location and helpful front desk. We would stay again!

  Book with Go Punta Cana Vacations if you want a stress free experience with excellent customer service. Their processes, app, frequent communications and immediate responses to questions or requests are extremely professional. Easily the best booking/management company I have dealt with.
  The property is exactly as advertised. It was spotless on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with various sized pots, pans and cooking utensils.
  It was also well stocked with towels and bedding. Definitely worth the price and would stay there again.
  The property of Playa Turquesa is well landscaped, with excellent access to the private beach and many local restaurants and shopping and grocery items right outside the front gates. The Security is very visible and diligent in performing their duties. The owners and other renters on the property were fun and friendly and provide an excellent vacation vibe.

  We must say that our trip as short as it was (12 days opposed to 1 month) due to the global Coronavirus epidemic was absolutely fantastic and would recommend Go Punta Cana Vacations to everyone. I guess you never really know who your dealing with until there’s a issue, in this case a global issue. Scott and team refunded our money instantly with absolutely no issues,”unbelievable”!
  P103 was steps to the pool really, really convenient and wouldn’t change that next time, the condo was steps to the restaurants and grocery stores, exchange kiosks absolutely anything you need. Jumbo the major grocery store/ retailer was 15minutes away and it costs approximately $1usd on the bus in front of the resort to go. The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need, everything was in excellent working order and when we asked Scott and team for someone to walk us through the air conditioning system someone was at our door in literally minutes, “WOW”! Fully secured property and very safe area. If your looking for security and piece of mind with an amazing setting close to the beautiful beach, this is it! Thank you to Scott and team see you soon.

  We spend 5 days at this condo and can't say enough good things about it. Everything we were told in advance, from the shops and restaurants being a very short walk, to the secured complex and private beach, were right on target. We met some wonderful people while there. And although it took us some time dealing with the language barrier and currency exchange, we finally figured it all out and had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

  The Go Punta Cana Team are professional, friendly and accommodating! They can arrange an airport pick-up (ask for taxi driver Victor, he really is wonderful!)and they also meet you upon check-in to ensure you are well settled in your condo. They are terrific!
  
  Our unit was delightful! Well appointed, comfortable, and in an ideal location only 5 meters from the pool. The unit come Wifi, AC, great bed and pillows, safe, all linens including beach towels, selection of kitchen utensils, and honestly everything you require...just bring your clothes and move in. We felt safe, the grounds are lovely, pool well maintained and will be returning.

  Playa Turquesa is an up-market condo complex of 16,3 storey buildings with a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units. There's a pool at one end, close to the road, one in the middle and the beach at the far end. The landscaping is wonderful, the grounds immaculate and kept pristine. We rented 103, a ground floor one bedroom unit in building "P", close to the road and opposite the pool. s there. Punta Cana Real Estate gave us excellent service. The living room fan motor burnt out and was replaced in 48 hours. On that day, a Friday, we pointed out that the bedroom fan was slow and noisy. It was replaced the following Monday. Consequently we did away with air conditioning and spent only $67.00 on electricity over the 4 week stay.

  The condo and property were exactly as advertised. We loved the location of this unit in relationship to the overall was like having a pool in our own back yard. The grounds and pools are maintained daily (except Sunday) and the beach area is as well. The location couldn't be be better and all amenties are minutes away including groceries, bars, restaurants, shopping, cafe/bakery, etc. The only negative we had was there were they small ant-like bugs that were in the cupboards and drawers and go into some of our open food. Might be a good idea to spray the cupboards etc. with some Raid between rentals.We learned to start keeping stuff in the refrigerator.
