Electricity allowance of US$10 per night for daily/weekly rentals. Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$500 electricity deposit). Electricity charges will be based on consumption and deducted from deposit/allowance. Any refunds will be processed 48 hours after check out. Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed.   The property was just as described and even more beautiful in person. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you will need. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this was the best equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The balcony was a little small for 4 people and only 2 chairs and table made it a little tight. Walk to beach only took about 6-8 minutes. We had an issue with the toilet in the master bedroom and the company fixed it within a couple of hours. The customer service was top notch and would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Enjoyed many restaurants nearby and a couple of beach bars all within walking distance. Come and enjoy!

  This was my 2nd time to PUNTA CANA and my second stay at Rosa Hermosa. The complex met most of my expectations. The complex extremely clean and quiet. The security staff were very friendly and helpful.
  
  The only problem I had was the water pressure in the Master bathroom. Very difficult to take a shower because of extremely low water pressure. That really needs some attention. The water pools around you feet in the shower. That was my concern the last time, and it continued to be an issue on this second trip.

  Had great time at Rosa Hermosa. The place was neat and well maintained. There were a couple problems in the beginning, however they were quickly taken care of.
  
  The pool was well maintained and was a joy in the Dominican heat. Nobody bothered us, the security was always present. Overall, i would enthusiastically recommend a stay at Rosa Hermosa.

  The condo was clean and nicely designed. I had the 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath. I rented a moped to get around so i did not noticed the distance from the condo to the beach. shops, restaurants and several stores were a short walk away. the electricity came out to be $30. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

  The Rosa Hermosa condo was one of the best condo experiences I have had in the 22 years of winter "snowbirding". The condo complex was clean, well maintained and equally important was quiet. The security sfaff friendly and helpful and indeed vigilant.
  The unit itself was clean and in good repair and in my opinion one of the best provisioned in our many condo experiences. The condo is located just a few short minutes of safe walking to either the beach or to a small shopping mall with several restaurants and grocery stores.
  There were a couple of maintenance issues that came up in the condo but Go Punt Cana Realty was quick and efficient in affecting satisfactory repairs. The staff at the office were professional, friendly and truly invested in providing us an excellent winter holiday. I am happy to say that they succeeded.
  I would recommend this agency and condo for a great Dominican vacation.

  We have been to Punta Cana many times and this was by far the best location for us. Everything was as described in the condo. Very clean, quiet, well stocked. Great pool area which was quiet. Staff were very friendly, professional and went out of their way to look after the complex and ensure our every need was met. We will definitely be back!

  I Would definately stay here again! The condo, pool, everything was beautiful. The only thing I would say is that the beach was about a 10-12 minute walk. But we got used to it after the first day. You're also right in the facinity of all the bars, restaraunts and stores.
