Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! To limit interaction, we will provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit. Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. Our cleaning cost is a fixed, one-time fee, regardless of the length of the booking.
We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

  We stayed at this unit for one month and found it very comfortable, the furniture was comfy and the beds were very extremely comfortable. We did see some of the other units in the complex and found that this owner does take care of their unit. Go Punta Cana was easy to deal with and answered any problems immediately. It was so nice in the evenings to sit on the balcony and enjoy the evening, the shade were nice to keep the sun out during the day and the no-seeing up out at night. The only thing i would suggest the owner gets is a set of oven mits and a non-stick pan for eggs, Other then that we had everything we needed and more.
  Thanks for the great stay, I will definitely return. I will like to return for three months next year 2023, hopefully this unit is available.

  This an awesome place and one I will be returning to this summer. Location is great and you are just 10-15 minutes walking to the beach. The condo H-401 was extremely nice and well stocked with all dishware you need. The air conditioning works great, but if you open the sliding glass doors on all balconies you get a nice Caribbean breeze that keeps the condo nice and cool and will save on your power bill. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, malls, bars, and entertainment for everyone. The area is safe and people are very friendly in El Cortecito and Los Corales. It's an amazing experience living locally and getting to meet and see people from this area. Can't wait to return this summer!!!

  The condo we rented at Costa Hermosa was absolutely wonderful. We had seen a condo in the complex during a house hunting trip the prior year and we were thrilled there was a vacancy. The condo was very clean and in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. There happened to be a great spot on the beach to grab a chair and enjoy the sun a short five minute walk down the street from the condo. The location was in the heart of a local neighborhood and we felt very safe. We were the first renters of the condo and we needed a few things like light bulbs, door stops, the gas turned on. We stopped into Go Punta Cana Real Estate to give them our list and everything was taken care of immediately. It was very helpful that they all spoke English since our Spanish is limited. The only complaint we have is that the water is turned off during the night for a couple of hours. We had a couple early morning excursions and the water came back on just as we were getting up. We had a 5:30 pickup for the airport the day we left. That meant showering the night before and having a bucket of water to flush the toilet, not ideal. We dealt with Anny Rodriguez when checking in and out and she prompt and helpful. All in all we were very happy with our experience and can't wait to return next year.
